PANEL SELECTOR/PACKER
The panel selector/packer allows a quick pick up of the selected pack, powerful aligners at the front line it up against the pusher grippers. Then the grippers close and the selector sets back and lowers. In the meantime, the lifting table lowers while the pushers bring the panels pack in the cutting position.
TABLE THAT CONNECTS THE LIFTING TABLE AND THE CUTTING LINE
The table that connects the lifting table and the cutting line is equipped with independent idle wheels avoiding damages on panels with delicate surfaces.
LIFTING TABLE
The lifting table consists of a sturdy frame raised and kept perfectly level by four large chains activated in synchronism by a gear motor. Because of the special way the lifting frame is deisgned, the stack of panels can be loaded on directly by fork lift truck. Electronic control of the lifting table allows accurate counting and perfect lifting of the pack of panels to be picked up.
